- Experience working with global employees (UK/EU/Americas).
- Managed global employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Led global payroll teams, including EOR and outsourced teams.
- Experience managing and leading People vendor improvements.
- Strong C-level stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Qualified is desirable.
- Experience in a fast-paced Fintech/Technology environment is advantageous.
- Managed implementation of new HRIS systems.
- Led internal/external audits, particularly in regulated industries.
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Identify and initiate process improvement projects.
- Lead employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Oversee global payroll and maintain relationships with payroll partners.
- Manage HRIS database and ensure accurate People data recording.
- Oversee day-to-day People related queries and internal communications.
- Enhance the people tech stack and review systems.
- Lead internal and external audits for compliance.
- Drive efficiencies across geographical employee footprint.
- Lead HR Analytics and Data enhancement initiatives.
