Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a People Operations team or similar process improvement role.
  • Experience working with global employees (UK/EU/Americas).
  • Managed global employee benefits and compensation programmes, ideally in a startup/scale-up.
  • Led global payroll teams (EOR / outsource / in-house).
  • Managed and led People vendors improvements/enhancements (including HRIS).
  • Stakeholder management at C-level or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and optimising the processes of all aspects of the employee lifecycle; contracting, onboarding through to off boarding.
  • Identify and initiate process improvement projects across both People Operations and the wider People function.
  • Lead employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and suitability.
  • Oversee Form3’s global payroll, including the relationship with EOR and payroll partners.
  • Manage the HRIS database, ensuring accurate People data maintenance.
  • Overseeing day-to-day People-related queries and lead on internal communications.
  • Own and enhance the people tech stack and review systems.
  • Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to policies and robust processes.
  • Drive efficiencies across Form3’s employee footprint.
  • Lead the HR Analytics and Data enhancement journey.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
