Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a People Operations team or similar process improvement role.
  • Experience working with global employees (UK/EU/Americas).
  • Managed global employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Led global payroll teams, including EOR and outsourced teams.
  • Experience managing and leading People vendor improvements.
  • Strong C-level stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD Qualified is desirable.
  • Experience in a fast-paced Fintech/Technology environment is advantageous.
  • Managed implementation of new HRIS systems.
  • Led internal/external audits, particularly in regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify and initiate process improvement projects.
  • Lead employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee global payroll and maintain relationships with payroll partners.
  • Manage HRIS database and ensure accurate People data recording.
  • Oversee day-to-day People related queries and internal communications.
  • Enhance the people tech stack and review systems.
  • Lead internal and external audits for compliance.
  • Drive efficiencies across geographical employee footprint.
  • Lead HR Analytics and Data enhancement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
