Requirements:
  • BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of previous Human Resources experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of labor legislation throughout the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.
  • Experience interacting with people internationally.

Responsibilities:
  • Support as the Philippines subject matter expert on key employee life cycle processes such as on-boarding of new hires, data management, transfers, leavers, payroll setup, attendance records, and benefit enrollments.
  • Manage local payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other partners.
  • Respond to client queries and advise on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters.
  • Handle terminations, including attending calls and/or in-person meetings as the company's local representative.
  • Manage customer relationships in conjunction with the customer success team.
