Requirements:
  • Must have Intake Specialist experience, preferably in the personal injury space.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong multitasking ability.
  • Energetic, reliable, thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, ask the right questions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Comfortable on the phone, effective communicator via email.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1, C2, or C3).
  • High-speed internet connection (80 Mbps) required.
  • Up-to-date laptop (minimum 8GB RAM) needed.
  • Working computer system, dual monitors are a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain case information and process requests.
  • Cross-sell products and services to maximize cases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications regarding funding processes.
  • Prepare files for the Account Management team's review.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records.
  • Organize client intake paperwork and documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients promptly.
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during the intake process.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of clients' personal details and medical histories.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
