Requirements:
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, product management, implementation project management, management consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and owning scalable business processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, account management, and operations leaders.
  • Experience navigating complex customer relationships and external partnerships to drive product success.
