Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years work experience in an operational or strategy-based role.
  • Experience acting as a project manager for cross-functional projects or initiatives.
  • Prior experience in an operations, strategy role, or management consulting.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary owner of high-priority company initiatives by project managing initiatives and offering teams additional bandwidth as needed to execute on these initiatives.
  • Become a trusted and reliable resource for internal and external stakeholders by working closely with them to problem-solve, streamline communications and resolve roadblocks with internal teams or external partners.
  • Help streamline internal processes by closely working with involved stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and workflows to make them more efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on communications relating to company strategy by supporting the preparation of board materials, company-wide communications and presentations, and OKR and initiative progress updates.
  • Monitor progress of company initiatives by measuring key performance indicators including cost and performance metrics, ensuring the business is on track to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.
  • Assist with board-level communications including helping in the preparation and coordination of input for board decks and related preparation for board meetings.
