Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years' product leadership experience, primarily in SaaS, with significant time in strategic leadership roles.
• Proven track record in implementing product management best practices and bringing products to market.
• Deep agile experience with a focus on developing MVPs and prioritizing features.
• Experience managing diverse customer bases, including enterprise and SMB.
• Excellent leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, owning 3-5 year vision.
• Partner with technology leadership to oversee product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Drive initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Establish KPIs to measure product success and track performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and owners.
