Learning Experience Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in training content development or equivalent with a SaaS product, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Experience in planning, writing, developing, and editing content across various formats including video, presentations, self-guided learning, and help content.
• Proven experience in implementing innovative learning and development solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design best practices and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and effective prioritization skills.
• Strong project management skills, including detail management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel (10%).

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality training content in various formats for primarily asynchronous delivery.
• Collaborate on help center and reference materials to ensure an exceptional post-launch experience for end users.
• Master Eleos’ features and functionality to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts from various teams to create and deliver effective training materials.
• Maintain and update Eleos’ training content to ensure relevance and alignment with current product needs.
• Partner with the Training Lead on project timelines and tasks to keep customer training on track.
