Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in training and enablement within sales enablement at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact learning content that drives behavior change.
  • Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe).
  • Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms.

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with all organization levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sales enablement training, including eLearning, live virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and in-person workshops.
  • Apply sales-focused learning methodologies to create engaging content.
  • Create visually compelling multimedia resources to support various learning modalities.
  • Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and translate them into actionable learning experiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments for tailoring training solutions to sales roles and levels.
  • Design metrics to assess effectiveness of learning programs and use analytics for continuous improvement.
