• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with SaaS or software products.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics.
• Experience working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, market analysis, and company objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and evaluate the product potential for growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to align product strategies with business goals.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

• Lead the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
• Monitor the product's performance against key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate product plans and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for effective product launches.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring maximum value.
• Champion user-centric design and advocate for customer needs.
• Work closely with customer support to address product issues and improvements.
