Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a tech/IT support role, preferably in a customer facing capacity.
  • Familiarity with typical operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Android) and common software applications.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ability to use network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements for deploying, customizing, and maintaining Inspiren’s solutions.
  • Provide on-site technical support to ensure successful product implementation and usage.
  • Assist implementation managers with installation and configuration of software solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, acting as first-level support.
  • Work with customers to tailor solutions to their needs, developing custom features.
  • Monitor network performance and conduct assessments to recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct training sessions for customer teams to ensure product proficiency.
