- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a tech/IT support role, preferably in a customer facing capacity.
- Familiarity with typical operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Android) and common software applications.
- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ability to use network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements for deploying, customizing, and maintaining Inspiren’s solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support to ensure successful product implementation and usage.
- Assist implementation managers with installation and configuration of software solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, acting as first-level support.
- Work with customers to tailor solutions to their needs, developing custom features.
- Monitor network performance and conduct assessments to recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to deployment and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for customer teams to ensure product proficiency.
