Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in IT.
  • Excellent experience with IT user support.
  • Expertise in Service Now for ticket management.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Proficiency in user support documentation, including SOPs and user manuals.
  • Experience with backup and restore, system administration in Linux/Windows.
  • Good knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with Task Automation and DevOps is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle Service Desk calls and manage incident resolution workflows.
  • Create, manage, and automate tickets within ServiceNow, leveraging workflows and automation opportunities.
  • Automate existing workflows, including ticket management in ServiceNow.
  • Support end users effectively and create relevant documentation, including user manuals.
