Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of IT experience supporting users in a cloud environment.
  • Fluency with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning.
  • Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management.
  • Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Gsuite, Slack, Zoom, Asana, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune.
  • Mac and Windows support experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Criblanians worldwide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT support.
  • Execute on project-based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes.
  • Play an active role in our compliance strategy and work.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Empower and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Support the forthcoming Cribl London office.
