Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing sales teams or achieving high individual quotas.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and personalized outreach.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the SDR team, ensuring high-quality lead sourcing and outreach across APAC & the US.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and merchant outreach coverage.
  • Lead the team by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance on best practices for outreach and cold calling.
  • Actively contribute by demonstrating sales techniques, creating personalized outreach templates, and optimizing workflows for better lead conversion.
  • Manage and maintain a large pipeline of leads, focusing on achieving both efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring that outreach strategies align with the needs and interests of potential merchants.
  • Drive team culture, ensuring high energy, adaptability, and a focus on results.
