Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review and Process Vendor Payments & Records.
  • Reconcile Payroll Reports for LATAM entity.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation.
  • Foreign Exchange Reconciliation.
  • Monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation for LATAM entity.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Schedules in accordance with GAAP.
  • Work closely with FP&A team and provide them with monthly variance analysis reports.
  • Prepare, post and maintain proper records of Journal Entries.
  • Estimate, analyze, and record month-end expense accruals to expense ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts.
  • Drive expense reporting process and procure-to-pay process to facilitate close and department expense analysis.
  • Review and assist staff accountant’s work.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Assist with the external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information to auditors.
  • Support annual independent audit and regulatory audits as required.
  • Assist with preparation of statutory tax returns.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Director of Accounting.
