💡 Responsibilities

In charge of the program outcomes of your ~100 fellas.
Triage fellas based on what type of problems they're facing, take them through the appropriate program material, and keep them engaged in the program.
Be their point of call if they have questions about Fella.
In regular contact with each of them: 1-1 calls every 2 weeks, 1-1 texting in-between calls
May be asked to help communicate fellas’ needs to the care team, raising these urgently ad hoc.
