Requirements:

2+ years experience as a health coach, psychologist, therapist, dietitian - or something closely related.
Minimum of 1 Bachelors degree in a related area e.g. Psychology, Health Sciences, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Sports Medicine etc.
Comfortable with psychological techniques (e.g. ACT & CBT)

Responsibilities:

Be in charge of the program outcomes of your ~100 fellas.
Triage fellas based on what type of problems they're facing, take them through the appropriate program material, and keep them engaged in the program.
Be in regular contact with each of them: 1-1 calls every 2 weeks, 1-1 texting in-between calls
Help communicate fellas’ needs to the care team, raising these urgently ad hoc.
