- Bachelorās degree and relevant experience in sales, business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS / technology sales.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while contributing to team goals.
- Experience in cold calling, developing prospecting strategies, objection handling, and lead qualification.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the Persefoni platform and communicate its value to prospects.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage leads, track activities, and report results.
- Research and identify potential customers that align with Persefoniās target market through outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to generate leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads based on their fit for Persefoniās solutions.
- Establish meaningful relationships with key decision-makers (Sustainability, Finance, Legal, IT) and foster long-term connections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce & sales engagement tools, tracking all activities, touchpoints, and next steps.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results by being resourceful and persistent.
