Product Manager - Engineering

Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into engineering-ready work plans with clear scope, acceptance criteria, open questions, and documented tradeoffs.
Own day-to-day product delivery across Techstars internal systems and supporting tools.
Run the product lifecycle from intake and discovery through requirements, sprint management, go-live coordination, and post-launch follow-up.
Manage the Jira backlog, including sprint planning, refinement, prioritization, and keeping the team focused and unblocked.
Lead change management as Techstars moves away from legacy systems.
Guide stakeholders through changes by communicating tradeoffs, managing expectations, and supporting adoption.
Partner with operations and program teams to understand workflow friction before specifying solutions.
Maintain clear documentation that preserves context and institutional knowledge.
Track feature usage and adoption, and flag what is not working so the team can iterate.
