  • Demonstrated ability to manage lead pipeline metrics and create reporting tools.
  • Experience managing a team and driving demand generation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Skilled in clear communication and visualization of complex information.

  • Develop and execute a multi-quarter integrated demand generation strategy.
  • Own the entire campaign lifecycle including strategy, content, and channel management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other departments to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Define lead management best practices and create persona-driven campaigns.
  • Build dashboards and report on demand generation metrics.
  • Manage and mentor a demand generation team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
