🔍 Consumer Packaged Goods

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business or marketing.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales or marketing environment, preferably with a consumer packaged goods company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Problem-solving and advanced judgment skills necessary for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Maintains accurate CTF spend/budget information for special events/incentives/premiums related to Corporate Sales.
  • Tracks all SET invoices for payment.
  • Plans and sets up Training & SET meetings, including travel and reservations.
  • Coordinates the sample solicitation, fulfillment, and shipping process.
  • Supports sales team content management and learning management systems.
  • Schedules and prepares meeting documents, logistics, and materials.
  • Assists with managing calendars and arranging meetings, ensuring timely updates.
  • Completes special projects assigned by the SET leadership team.
  • Provides support in reporting, customer/business documentation, and minor administrative tasks.
  • Coordinates travel and itineraries for VP and processes expense reports.
  • Acts as an information source on departmental policies and procedures.
  • Generates presentations for internal stakeholders.
