  • BS in Business or Scientific discipline required.
  • Advanced Degree in life sciences and/or business preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales or technical experience, ideally in bio-manufacturing or a CDMO environment.
  • Experience with CRM Software required.
  • Desired experience with negotiating long-term commercial contracts and strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience with viral vector manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
  • High levels of initiative and energy to lead and direct the team.
  • Organized with ability to manage complex information and meet deadlines.
  • Ambitious and performance-oriented focus on meeting targets.

  • Understand business development strategy and desired customer experience.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
  • Execute commercial strategy, ensuring achievement of bookings and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships to ensure continued growth.
  • Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators for sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop client experience objectives and ensure efficient handling of customer relationships.
  • Align with stakeholders to generate and review proposals and manage client projects.
  • Directly interface with prospective clients through to contract agreement.
  • Coach and develop team members while enforcing company policies.
  • Oversee overall marketing strategy for Genezen.
