- A Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, mass media communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years working within Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning roles.
- Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of formulas and data manipulation.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Learn the intricacies of negotiating, planning, buying, and partnering with audio and podcast vendors.
- Assist Media Buyers in planning and maintaining media plans on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare and maintain traffic sheets and monitor client/vendor billing.
- Gather market research, prepare insights, and onboard new vendors.
- Execute all aspects of media buying, including RFPs, media proposals, and invoicing.
- Provide detailed campaign analysis and recommendations.
