Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, mass media communications, advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years working within Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning roles.
• Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of formulas and data manipulation.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the intricacies of negotiating, planning, buying, and partnering with audio and podcast vendors.
• Assist Media Buyers in planning and maintaining media plans on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare and maintain traffic sheets and monitor client/vendor billing.
• Gather market research, prepare insights, and onboard new vendors.
• Execute all aspects of media buying, including RFPs, media proposals, and invoicing.
• Provide detailed campaign analysis and recommendations.
