Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, mass media communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 1+ years working in Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning roles.
- Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills, comfortable manipulating data with Excel.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative problem-solving approach.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a data-driven business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the intricacies of negotiating, planning, buying, and partnering with audio and podcast vendors.
- Assist Media Buyers in planning and maintaining media plans day-to-day.
- Track campaign pacing and performance, prepare traffic sheets.
- Monitor and reconcile client/vendor monthly billing.
- Gather market and media research and prepare POVs.
- Onboard new vendors, managing due dates and providing campaign briefs.
- Execute media buying for designated accounts including RFPs and media proposals.
- Manage billing actualization and invoicing.
- Traffic creative in ad platforms and monitor pacing.
- Compile wrap-ups and write weekly insights to propose optimizations.
