  • Understand and practice the Challengers Sales Model.
  • Have an assertive approach to sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of how buying groups operate and function.
  • Proven record of sales achievement and at least 3 years of direct dealer sales experience.
  • Technical aptitude and mechanical inclination.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate level Excel.
  • Preference for experience in tool retail, industrial, lawn & garden, or equipment rental.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers throughout the territory.
  • Uncover and grow new opportunities for sales.
  • Travel throughout the territory, which includes overnight trips.
  • Regularly report to the VP of Sales.
