- Proven track record of success on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience using multi-touch attribution partners like Northbeam and other non-platform data insights.
- Ability to partner on the development of compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an asynchronous work environment.
- Experience writing detailed reports focusing on insights.
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
- Efficiently manage ad spend across platforms and adjust budgets based on performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
