- 12+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience required with a key understanding of current US Federal markets.
- At least 8+ years of direct pricing & contracting expertise.
- Experience leading a pharmaceutical pricing and contracting organization.
- Working knowledge of current US market access environment, payer coverage dynamics, and government pricing programs.
- Deep understanding of the Oncology landscape and key stakeholders including payers and PBMs.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer policies and reimbursement processes.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Lead the function developing and executing pricing and contracting strategies for Arvinasβs portfolio.
- Provide senior management and cross-functional teams with pricing and reimbursement information and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with various teams to design US-specific pricing and access strategies.
- Build pricing & contracting capabilities for product launches and design pricing models.
- Lead pricing analytics, manage dashboards for performance reporting, and ensure compliance.
- Work with finance to manage pricing framework, approval of price changes, and market insight development.
