  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Education, or Psychology.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Remote position with travel requirements as needed.
  • Fluency in Chinese or Spanish is preferred.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and organizational learning is advantageous.

  • Support the Global Program Manager in administering and deploying global PD&C programs.
  • Process program applications and coordinate participant selection.
  • Maintain documentation and records of programs.
  • Schedule program sessions and manage attendance.
  • Launch program surveys and manage data.
  • Establish standard work procedures for new programs.
  • Monitor PD&C email inquiries and redirect as necessary.
  • Curate and maintain PD&C Resource Library.
  • Coordinate translation of resources and review for quality control.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for communication among teams.
