  • Analyze customer needs to identify product fit and provide feedback for Elegen’s product roadmap.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within Europe.
  • Focus on developing new key accounts capable of generating consistent business.
  • Ensure customer success and optimize the customer journey.
  • Provide ongoing input to management on sales budgets, forecasting, and strategies.
  • Participate in conferences to stay current with European market developments.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
