- Ability to travel to the US for quarterly business review meetings.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing a strategic plan to build an early-stage commercial presence in the market.
- Meet sales targets by leveraging market knowledge and lead generation for customer acquisition and key account development.
- Analyze customer needs to identify product fit and provide feedback for Elegen’s product roadmap.
- Maintain and expand the client database within Europe.
- Focus on developing new key accounts capable of generating consistent business.
- Ensure customer success and optimize the customer journey.
- Provide ongoing input to management on sales budgets, forecasting, and strategies.
- Participate in conferences to stay current with European market developments.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
