Guestwise is a Software as a Service startup, providing intelligent marketing automation to large hospitality brands. Our platform integrates with the existing restaurant systems, aggregates data, and executes intelligent personalised recommendations across digital channels. Seeing to drive more table reservations, online orders, loyalty sign ups, voucher redemptions and more. Our mission is to drive better guest tracking and conversion, smarter promotional recommendations and an all round slicker omni-channel experience for guests. We are currently live with 1,700 restaurants and bars, across 15 major brands, and will continue to scale with leading brands across the sector. Hospitality is an enormous industry, and is early on the digital transformation journey, we want to help our partners to thrive. There are around 15 of us on the team currently, and a handful of talented coaches and expert advisers! We don’t have an office, and our team is based across the UK and Europe, but get together face to face every three months for planning, training and fun. Everyone on the team enjoys the opportunity to create something new, working at pace, and shipping high quality products. 🔍 Marketing software for the restaurant, pub, and bar industries

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles focusing on revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate insights and share recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with marketing platforms for PPC, email, SMS, and other campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide strategic guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Understanding of hospitality marketing challenges and a passion for client success.

  • Work with customers to plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across the platform.
  • Support some accounts with end-to-end campaign management and provide strategic recommendations for others.
  • Analyze campaign performance, share insights, and recommend actionable next steps to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to inform feature enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure customers leverage the platform to drive incremental revenue.
  • Provide ongoing optimization suggestions and new campaign ideas.
