💡 Responsibilities

Provide training, coaching, and technical support to education organizations for MEL capacity.
Manage external evidence and evaluation partners, drafting ToRs and engaging specialists as needed.
Implement and adapt the MEL strategy for GSF, develop data collection tools and processes.
Lead data analysis and insights generation, ensuring data feedback to participants.
Disseminate findings and evidence to the GSF community and external partners.

Good understanding of the K-12 education sector, preferably in LMIC contexts.
Extensive project management experience with a clear track record of timely delivery.
Ability to manage multiple external stakeholders and work with senior teams.
Practical coaching experience with entrepreneurs in strategy, finance, and partnerships.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, both written and oral.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
