🔧 Requirements

Min. 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at the associate or EM level.
Evidence of more than 3 years of additional experience in tech firms, VC funded start-ups, or impact investing.
University degree in science or engineering preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis.
Proven client management skills.
Ability to structure complex problems and communicate them clearly.
Ability to manage a multicultural team, remotely and/or in person.
