Requirements:
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at the associate or EM level.
  • Evidence of more than 3 years of additional experience in tech firms, VC funded start-ups, or impact investing.
  • University degree in science or engineering preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis.
  • Proven client management skills.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify projects to fund for impact in the agricultural sector.
  • Carry out impact & ROI evaluation and risk assessments on candidate projects.
  • Design in-house impact programs from start to finish, including strategy and implementation plan.
  • Coordinate with partners, pilot testing, and public relations.
  • Run, monitor & evaluate results, and scale.
  • Interface with external partners and stakeholders for project growth.
  • Manage junior members of the Impact team.
  • Visit projects and implementors on-site as necessary.
