- Education: Associate's Degree or higher.
- Experience: 2-3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense, submarine connectors, Oil & Gas, and Renewable industries.
- Skills: Proven sales performance, strong communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to sell value over price.

- Driving revenue growth in emerging or underpenetrated market segments.
- Establish strong branding and revenue over a defined period.
- Develop high-level relationships with impactful customers.
- Communicate market insights and trends to management.
