  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of Workday applications.
  • Assist in end-to-end testing by documenting results and tracking changes.
  • Manage task tickets and ensure configurations are revised and retested.
  • Develop SOPs and desk procedures for the transition to Workday Finance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support pre and post go-live.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation efforts.
  • Assist and coordinate special projects and cross-functional efforts.
