🔍 Travel management

  • Ability to be available for 4 weeks of training during regular business hours.
  • Interest in weekday shifts (7AM-7PM MTN M-F) or After Hours Shifts (2PM-12AM MTN M-F, 7A-7PM S&S).
  • 3-5 years of multi-GDS experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with booking complex travel itineraries.
  • Customer-centric phone skills, active listening, and issue resolution capability.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Works well under pressure and with time constraints.

  • Responsible for ticketing and support with high accuracy.
  • Interpret and enforce various client travel policies when making reservations.
  • Support business travelers across a wide variety of client accounts.
  • Familiarity with the transactional fulfillment process including GDS, mid-office, back-office systems, airlines, and suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of industry and agency accounting.
