Requirements:

Ability to be available for 4 weeks of training during regular business hours.
Interest in weekday shifts (7AM-7PM MTN M-F) or After Hours Shifts (2PM-12AM MTN M-F, 7A-7PM S&S).
3-5 years of multi-GDS experience.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with booking complex travel itineraries.
Customer-centric phone skills, active listening, and issue resolution capability.
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong technical proficiency.
Works well under pressure and with time constraints.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ticketing and support with high accuracy.
Interpret and enforce various client travel policies when making reservations.
Support business travelers across a wide variety of client accounts.
Familiarity with the transactional fulfillment process including GDS, mid-office, back-office systems, airlines, and suppliers.
Working knowledge of industry and agency accounting.
