- Guide clients through their first CRM adoption by helping define requirements and architecting solutions.
- Lead the transition for clients migrating from legacy CRM systems to HubSpot.
- Optimize existing HubSpot setups for clients needing performance improvements.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client processes and objectives.
- Design comprehensive solution blueprints and oversee technical implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of designs.
- Mentor and coach HubSpot Technical Specialists.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by designing solutions and developing proposals.
