Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven success in managing CRM implementations including installations, migrations, and re-implementations.
  • Advanced HubSpot certifications, especially in Sales Hub Enterprise Implementation and Solutions Architect certifications.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and system integration.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and scoping projects.
  • Proficient in translating business processes into technical requirements and solution blueprints.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a consultative role, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service processes within a CRM ecosystem.
  • Expertise in API concepts and system integration principles.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary bridge between clients' business needs and technical execution of HubSpot implementations.
  • Guide clients through their first CRM adoption by helping define requirements and architecting solutions.
  • Lead the transition for clients migrating from legacy CRM systems to HubSpot.
  • Optimize existing HubSpot setups for clients needing performance improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client processes and objectives.
  • Design comprehensive solution blueprints and oversee technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of designs.
  • Mentor and coach HubSpot Technical Specialists.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by designing solutions and developing proposals.
