  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in any related positions.

  • Assist project teams in software functionality definitions.
  • Log and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain the OLR software development environment.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to client personnel.
  • Support and troubleshoot OLR and client environments.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
