Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of SEO, Content, or digital marketing experience.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data in spreadsheets.
• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent editorial instincts.
• Receptive to feedback and solutions-oriented, with a high level of self-awareness.
• Proven organizational skills, obsessive with deadlines, and totally reliable.
• Self-driven work ethic, capable of working independently, comfortable taking the initiative.
• Familiarity with WordPress, advanced usage desirable but not essential.
• Fantastic communication skills, especially in a remote work environment.
• Experience in a fully remote work environment, managing clients or multiple stakeholders is a bonus.
• Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets, knowledge of the WordPress and SaaS product industry, and deeper SEO expertise beyond basic keyword research.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for improving the performance of content, including SEO services like SEO Maintenance, which works to convert underperforming articles into top-ranking content.
• You’ll help drive our SEO Maintenance process, deeply analyzing underperforming client content using FALCON AI to guide and inform decisions on what needs to be changed.
• You'll manage and grow our outreach program, a key asset in our link-building and content promotion strategy.
• You’ll use FALCON AI to find relevant topics that convert, producing detailed content briefs for the content team.
• You'll report on progress, tweak when necessary, and ensure effective communication with team members.
