- At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building.
- Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes.
- Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency.
- Outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed.
- Comfortable working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms, and address client objections to close sales deals.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business, providing after-sales support to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
