Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a legal, financial services, hedge funds or Private Equity environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-border environment is preferred.
  • Experience delivering excellent client service in a consultative role to C-Suite and senior executives.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving client acquisition through effective client development strategies and innovative marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on supporting the growth of the Legal Outsourcing practice.
  • Establishing a new business development calendar of client outreach activity and campaigns.
  • Direct management of a portfolio of early-stage new business accounts.
  • Sourcing and effectively qualifying leads and new opportunities from existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the Legal Outsourcing function, leading client conversations to understand their needs and sell the Firm's services.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Communication team members to produce marketing collateral, including pitch materials, presentations, and client communications.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, client needs, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with firm-wide objectives.
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and BD initiatives to provide stakeholders with updates for strategic decision-making.
