Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within the insurance industry.
• Fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and project management skills.
• Experience in implementing strategic and operational initiatives.
• Experience in developing presentations for senior stakeholders, showcasing financial and technical capabilities.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the implementation of Coalition’s EEA expansion strategy, responsible for analysis, composition, and delivery of detailed solutions.
• Ensure alignment of business development activities and processes across European regions and countries.
• Support identifying and exploring key broker initiatives.
• Drive collaboration and communicate results with cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance, tax, and product.
• Identify new initiatives to achieve strategic goals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of market developments, including regulatory changes in Germany.
• Assist in diligence, negotiation, and implementation of transactions.
