Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in consulting (MBB preferred) or investment banking, or 4-5 years in a high-growth startup.
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for fast analysis and model building.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity.
• Bonus points for experience writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities:

• Continual optimisation of pricing model considering CAC:LTV and competitors.
• Own and coordinate high-priority initiatives across growth, operations, and services teams.
• Manage P&L forecasting and analysis, translating strategic goals into financial scenarios.
• Provide strategic modeling and analytical support for decision-making processes.
• Continually optimise existing models to support timely operations decisions.
• Reconcile financial and operational data to identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate on improving efficiency through critical business operations initiatives.
