- Oversee and nurture relationships with U.S and Canadian architectural and engineering companies, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Act as a point of contact for contractors, addressing concerns, ensuring happiness, and serving as a bridge between contractors and client firms.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts and collaborate with the sales team.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure smooth integration of contractors into their teams.
- Gather feedback from clients and contractors and communicate this feedback internally to improve platform and services.
- Handle any issues or disputes promptly and professionally to find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and share insights with management.
