Requirements:
  • C1/C2 English with exceptional skills in writing resonating messages.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing cold email outreach campaigns.
  • Experience developing and implementing cold email strategies with tools such as instantly.ai, apollo.io, and millionverifier (or similar software).
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering professional pitches and follow-ups.
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work in case of a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.).
Responsibilities:
  • Working independently and taking full ownership in the development and execution of cold email outreach campaigns to target audiences, aligning with marketing objectives and sales goals.
  • Developing and implementing list-building strategies for target audiences and segments.
  • Designing and maintaining email templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for engagement.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests, managing testing calendar, and recording results.
  • Monitoring email deliverability and address any issues, ensuring optimal inbox placement.
  • Compiling, updating, and keeping track of email lists and databases.
  • Following up on emails and redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
  • Using analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Assisting in developing customer communication strategies, including segmentation, content creation, and drip campaigns.
  • Participating on regular Marketing brainstorming sessions to discuss ideas, projects, and updates.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
