Requirements
- 5+ years in UX product design
- Experience working on native apps and web
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution
- Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency
- Expert level understanding of tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Total understanding of the differences between building Android and iOS experiences
- Always up-to-date with the latest movement of each platform design languages
- Great communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality work that delights users and meets company objectives
- Collaborate with global Design, Product, and Development teams
- Mentor junior-level UX designers
- Work with leadership to evolve process, tools, and systems
- Write documentation and usage guidelines for components
- Stay up-to-date on design principles and trends
- Manage medium to large-scale projects independently
- Thrive on feedback and communicate design reasoning
